Full paper submission

The full version of your paper needs to be submitted by 31 July 2011

It is expected that all papers will be posted on the AES website www.aes.asn.au within two weeks of the Conference. To facilitate this, we ask you to ensure your paper meets the following requirements:

• Microsoft Word
• The paper should be no more than 10 pages (3000 words) in length, including title, name(s) of author(s), abstract and references, and any notes, graphs, tables or illustrations.
• A4 paper size, with margins set no less than 2 cm wide.
• Text should be single-spaced in a reader-friendly font such as Arial or Times New Roman, no smaller than 10 point.
• Include the names of all authors and contact details for the primary author.
• Where any author is identified as an employee of an organisation other than a university or an independent research institution, the paper should include a disclaimer indicating that the views presented are those of the author rather than the organisation, unless the author has been given explicit clearance, by a person properly authorised to do so, to present these views as those of the organisation.
• Include a note to the effect that the paper was presented at the Australasian Evaluation Society International Conference, Sydney, Australia, 29 August – 2 September 2011.
• Provide an abstract for your full paper of no more than 200 words.
• Graphs, tables, and other illustrations should be embedded into the body of the paper.
• In-text citations should follow the Harvard convention, using (author date) and giving the specific page number (author, date, p. #) if text is quoted.
• Use generally accepted standards of clear, accurate and literate English usage, consistent with the principles set out in the Style Manual for Authors, Editors and Printers (6th ed), Wiley, 2002 and the Australian English spelling conventions of the Macquarie Dictionary.

Please ensure your paper is readable and accessible to the widest possible range of scholars and practitioners by writing in a way that foregrounds the most significant and interesting features of your paper, and by avoiding unfamiliar technical language, extensive data tables and mathematical notation, except to the extent that these are needed to convey your argument.
